I was excited until I put in a second withdraw request. Received a confirmation email of accepted request and nothing else. It's been over 24 hrs and I've not received funds yet. I've spoken with customer service and emailed them and the same reply of " our system has been fixed and issue resolved, your request is being processed". But it has NOT. It's still in pending status on hold. The new request is in the same status after email confirmation of being accepted. I'm getting the run around instead of a straight forward answer.
